柳井市にある醸造醤油造りの蔵　

何故かミュージアムと訳されている

日本語でも資料館になっている

なんか、形だけのかざりに聞こえるが、

なんと現役の醤油蔵

移築して既に140年も経っているとの事

中に入ると、ほんのりと醤油と麹菌の香りがして

厳かな雰囲気があるが、飾りがモダンな飾りつけで

新旧のいい雰囲気になっている。

通りも白壁通りで歴史を感じる。

It sounds like a mere decorative addition, but it’s actually an active soy sauce brewery.

It’s been 140 years since it was relocated here.

When you step inside, you can smell the faint scent of soy sauce and koji mold.

It has a solemn atmosphere, but the decorations are modern, creating a nice blend of old and new.

The white-walled street also gives off a sense of history.
