昔から、囲炉裏作ってみたかったんですね。

家の中に作ると煙で大変なことになるので、

外にテラスを作ってそこに囲炉裏を設置

中々の雰囲気です。

Irori cooking: a traditional Japanese dining style

I’ve always wanted to try making an irori hearth.

If I built one inside the house, the smoke would cause a lot of trouble,

so I built a terrace outside and set up an irori hearth there.

It has quite the atmosphere.
